What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this website.

• Contact form: your name, email address, the message you write, the platforms you select, and the product photos you upload.
• Brief form: the answers you fill in, including a link to your photos and your brand website.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any special category data — health, political, religious or biometric information. Please don’t send it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and uploaded photos in a Cloudflare R2 bucket, both hosted in the European Union (Eastern Europe region). Cloudflare acts as our processor. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

The photos you upload are not public. They are readable only through an internal dashboard protected by Cloudflare Access, which only we can sign in to.

Why we’re allowed to

You send us your details so we can answer you and prepare your storyboard. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about our own services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep the project material for as long as the working relationship lasts, plus any period we are legally required to keep records for.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to viktor@granum.film and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

There is still no analytics and no tracking on this site. Our forms do use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that stores a small, short-lived entry in your browser to confirm you're not a bot — see /cookies for exactly what it sets and why it doesn't need a consent banner.
